This past weekend I had the pleasure of shooting Flor & David's Engagement pictures. We had such a blast in Downtown Riverside even though it was freezing! Flor and David were such troopers! We even made it into the Mission Inn for a couple pictures there. Check it out some of the pictures below from the session. Can't wait to shoot the wedding!
Wow. The streets are starting to light up with Christmas lights? But I haven't even blogged about Thanksgiving yet! I'm sure I say it at least once every two weeks, but this year is going by so fast! Too fast, but man oh man am I ready for 2008. But before I get into all the new year stuff, lets back track to Thanksgiving.
Kim, Joey and I have a tradition of spending Thanksgiving together. Last year was fantastic so we were pretty excited to hang out and eat good food.
Following recipes I wrote down for Apple Pecan Crunch Pie and Deviled Eggs.
Yummy apple filling.
Last year it took me like hours to make a crust from scratch so we opted for the already made crust. Good idea? Yeah I don't know either.
Pie in the oven. Looks crazy good already.
Done and topped with pecans and caramel. Everyone say yuuuuuummmmmm.
Yeah it was really freaking good.
Turkey in the oven.
Done! Look how goldentastic it looks.
Yeah it was also really fucking awesome.
Kim helping to make deviled eggs.
And the result! Omg they were good.
Mmmmmmm.
Best stuffing ever.
The table all ready for some holiday face stuffing.
Ooooh yeah.
Joey and Kim post stuffing our faces. No Joey is flipping the bird, she's pointing at Kim and saying "Look! She's so stuffed!" We ate so much that I literally went into a food coma and fell asleep like at 10pm. Besides eating waaay too much this Thanksgiving was another hit. Wahoo!!
Jump to the next holiday festivity: Christmas tree decorating!! The whole family got together to decorate the tree.
Me inside an ornaments.
Fun with lights.
Alex and her prize she won from one of those claw machines that make you pay like $10 for a plush toy that's not even worth $2.
Impression of the Grinch.
Love taking pictures of lights this way.
Then I asked Alex to jump in the air for some cool pictures.
